# How to Submit a Report for Service Settlement in the PSNC Portal

# Step 1: Go to the "Settlements" Section

  • From the left-hand menu, click on "Settlements"
  • You will see a list of services awaiting settlement.
  • Find the correct service and click the “Add report” button on the right.

Example

In the screenshot, the service is “Próbny projekt obliczeniowy na klastrze Eagle”, and the Add report button is located at the end of the row.

# Step 2: Fill in the Report

  • A new form will appear.
  • Fill in the required Synopsis field (a short summary of your work).
  • (Optional) Attach a file by clicking "Attach file".
  • (Optional) In the "Publications" section, you can:
    • Paste the DOI of a related publication.
    • Attach a publication file using "Attach file".

Required

The Synopsis field is mandatory — the report cannot be submitted without it.

# Step 3: Submit the Report

  • If you are not ready to submit, click "Go back and edit"
  • If everything is ready, click "Send Report"
  • A confirmation screen will appear asking if you're sure you want to submit.

Irreversible Action

Once the report is submitted, this action cannot be undone.

# ✅ Done!

Your report will now be marked as submitted in the Settlements section.
